Find below some questions that may guide you during your experience on our boutique, anticipating some answers to help you.

Order & Delivery

You can use Credit/Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. The processing is handled by Stripe. Payments are fully secured.

Shipping costs are 7€ for Metropolitan France (and Corsica), and 9€ or other countries in the European Union. These fees are for home deliveries and also apply for pick-up locations, to be more flexible.

MAISON Guirec has chosen not to hide shipping costs, by pretending to make it free for the customer while it would actually be included in the retail price of the items. If we chose to do so, it is to show respect and gratitude to the work done by the whole shipping industry, and more specifically to the work done by delivering drivers. This service has a price, that pays women and men working in that sector. It is important not to make them invisible by pretending that it is a free service.

Nevertheless, shipping costs become free from a 150€ basket, to thank customers for their trust and interest in MAISON Guirec's selection and project.

For Metropolitan France (and Corsica), it takes around 2 to 3 days. It is important to note that this schedule is valid for business days only. Some occasional delays might occur.

For the European Union countries, the delivery time is around 5 days, or even a bit more in some cases. Again, this schedule is valid only on business days. Besides, this time can differ depending on the destination. The delivery time is shorter for Belgium than it is for Estonia for example.

Countries inside the European Union : France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Hungary, the Czech-Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Italy, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark.

If you order from a country located outside of the E.U., or that you wish to send your order outside of the above listed countries, no worries ! Send an e-mail to bonjour@maison-guirec.com, and we will process your order directly, informing you of the additional shipping costs. We will proceed to the shipping only after having received your explicit agreement and full payment.

When you confirm your order, you should receive a tracking number from our partner. If you do not receive this number, you can contact bonjour@maison-guirec.com, and ask for it.

Your oder is being processed in the 24 hours following your confirmation. You can ask to modify it up to 4 hours maximum after having confirmed it, contacting bonjour@maison-guirec.com, and writing in the subject of the email "URGENT MODIFICATION".

You can cancel an order up to 4 hours maximum after having confirmed it, as they are being processed in the 24 hours. Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been given to our shipping partner.

To cancel your order, please contact bonjour@maison-guirec.com, with in subject : ORDER CANCELLATION

From the day you received your parcel, and that date is given and confirmed by the shipping partner, you have up to 15 days to inform MAISON Guirec that you wish to return it, by e-mail at bonjour@maison-guirec.com, with in subject ORDER RETURN, and giving the following details :

  • NAME and Firstname
  • Order number
  • Mentioning very clearly if you wish to be refund, or if you wish to receive a new item
  • Indicate the corresponding item
  • Your postal address so that our team can proceed to a return delivery note and send it to you

Once you mentioned by e-mail your intention to return an item, you have up to 14 days to send it back to us.

If items are deteriorated or broken, the issue must be signaled on the day you received the parcel, to avoid any confusion. You will be asked to provide pictures of the item, and you will have to join these pictures to the e-mail sent to bonjour@maison-guirec.com, with in subject ORDER RETURN. Right after receiving it and checking it, we will either proceed to a refund, or we will send another item to replace it, depending on what you asked for.
The refund will be done on the payment method you used to purchase the item, and will correspond to the exact amont of it. Shipping costs will only be refund if you had only one item in your parcel, meaning that the only item you ordered is broken. If there were several items in your parcel and only one is broken, shipping costs won't be refund.
